Now what???

I’ve been working on a lot of stuff for the next chapter of my life. Working on this blog and sharing my thoughts isn’t something that I saw myself doing. Blabbing on about my life and the things that are going on isn’t something that I really want to do. It’s more to maybe help others that are going through their own sh***y times know that they aren’t alone.

I’m working on getting my personal trainer certificate. My goal is to help other men that are looking to their minds and bodies right after the stress of whatever is going on with them. I started writing because I saw there really wasn’t anywhere to go for men to deal with the bulls*** and like I keep saying everything is about taking it on the chin and manning up.

Honestly all the mens help and/or fitness sites all play on to the stereotype about being a Man!!! We are manly men and we don’t ask for help or have emotions!!! We drink whiskey and watch sports. All I have to say is F*** that. We do need help sometimes and we can have emotions. F*** You if you think other wise.
